Flexibility with one day of remote work per week. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Handle end-to-end property management tasks, including inspections, maintenance, and leasing. Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies. Train and mentor junior team members as required. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in property management. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. A proactive and solutions-focused approach. Current Property Management license (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of Northside Brisbane’s property market is a plus.
