This is a lead role, you will run a fully equipped Van with an apprentice installing various types of air conditioners in the domestic market across Melbourne. You’re a qualified electrician, in the domestic sector and have between minimum of 2 years proven experience in electrical and air conditioning. You have a positive, enthusiastic can-do attitude. You are passionate and hungry to get the job done. This is a performance based role, and you need to know your trade. You’re a quality individual, with a high degree of integrity. You don’t mince words. You understand that to be the person we are looking for you need to be the right mix of “selfless” and “selfish”. You’re a team focused person
