Admin Assistant

We are on the hunt for a motivated Junior Administration Assistant to support our Team Leader and join Ray White Concierge’s Buyer Experience and Client Nurturing teams. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin their corporate career in a structured, high-energy environment. You’ll assist with daily operations through accurate data entry, reporting, team coordination, and general administrative support, while also contributing ideas to improve workflows. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic tech proficiency, and a positive, proactive attitude who is eager to learn and grow professionally.
