an experienced Administration Officer to join our team immediately in Rockhampton, Queensland. This full-time position will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. What you'll be doing Providing administrative support across various functions of the business, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner. Preparation of reports, applications, permits and other documentation as required for our House Removal division. Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team as needed

you have proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately, efficiently even in high-pressure situations. Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed. Experience with a Project Management Software and/or website maintenance/social media would be an advantage
