App Developer

We are looking for an App Developer who will work solo, to create and app which will use AI, the AI software needs to be developed as well as the app.

Someone who can develop an app as well as create/work and develop with AI. Programming and knowledge of coding, including Java, Python and R Must be well known in the app development industry. Algorithm Selection and Design: Developers should have a strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and their suitability for different tasks. This includes knowing when to use supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, or a combination thereof. Data Preprocessing and Cleaning: The quality of AI models heavily depends on the quality of data used for training. Developers should be skilled in preprocessing techniques such as normalization, feature scaling, handling missing values, and dealing with outliers. Model Evaluation and Tuning: It's essential to evaluate models thoroughly using appropriate metrics and techniques such as cross-validation to ensure they generalize well to new data. Tuning hyperparameters and understanding model biases and variances are crucial for improving model performance. Ethical and Legal Considerations: AI developers must be aware of ethical considerations surrounding AI applications, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy concerns. Understanding legal implications and regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions is also crucial. Deployment and Monitoring: Successfully deploying AI models involves considerations such as scalability, latency, and integration with existing systems. Developers should be confident in deploying models effectively and monitoring their performance in real-world scenarios to ensure continued accuracy and reliability.

This position will mostly be online via Microsoft Teams, you will work solo in developing this app along with the CEO and Founder.
