Italo House is a lively, modern-casual Italian restaurant right in the heart of Bondi Beach, we are all about great vibes, fun and a welcoming community feel.

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on bar manager who lives and breathes hospitality, ideally someone local to the Bondi area who’s ready to take ownership of the bar and help us grow. If you love the buzz of a busy service and you’re looking for a fun, exciting place to work where you’ll meet a lot of people, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For • A hospitality professional with 2–3 years of experience in the bar. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. • Excellent customer service and clear, confident communication. • Confidence with ordering, budgeting, and bringing new ideas to the table. • Ideally a Bondi local (or nearby) who understands the area and its community vibe. • Current RSA certificate. • Bonus points if you love Italian food, drinks, and culture!
