To be considered for a Barista position you will have the following: · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry · Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of coffee making techniques · Have a passion for coffee · Have a high level of professionalism · Be confident and have solid experience in high volume coffee · Able to maintain extremely high standards under pressure · Be well presented and friendly · Be able to work well in a team and communicate politely and effectively · Be able to speak English confidently and fluently · Experience in high volume specialty coffee is preferable · Experience in supervising or management is welcome but not essential

Available hours are likely to be flexible to begin with, however we do hope to be able to offer 5 days a week as soon as we possibly can.
