- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences. - Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas. - Restock supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, and cups as needed. - Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food and beverage quality standards are met. - Assist with opening and closing duties as required. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
