Beauty Therapist / Salon Manager

LABB Salon is our modernised beauty salon, having provided a diverse & exciting range of beauty treatments in northern Brisbane since 2016. Our ideal Beauty Therapist will be results-driven & passionate about skincare, while delivering exceptional client results and fostering strong relationships. Your duties will include but not be limited to: engaging with clients in-person, over the phone & at reception evaluating clients' beauty needs through consultation and analysis explain treatment procedures and aftercare to clients clearly managing appointments and efficiently answer incoming calls assisting with/achieving KPIs and following SOPs coordinating daily clinic activities. Please note this role is not involving eyelash extension application. About you To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Full Australian working rights essential Min. 2 years previous salon experience doing facials. essne Relevant Beauty Therapy qualifications - Diploma Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist - ESSENTIAL Demonstrated proficiency in facials incl. microdermabrasion & peels Facial and/or body waxing experience highly preferred Experience with OCosmedics highly preferred Availablity to work Saturdays (9 am-2 pm).
