To oversee the day-to-day operations of Washco Express, ensuring superior customer service, managing a team of wash professionals, maintaining site presentation, implementing safety measures, and optimising financial performance.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, enhancing repeat business and customer loyalty. Implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience. Schedule regular maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of all car wash equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers. Manage inventory levels and control ordering for stock management Handle operational accounts and workplace health and safety issues Oversee cash flow, inventory, and supply orders, ensuring cost-effectiveness and stock management.
