ZAD Grocer is a modern convenience store in Melbourne offering American snacks, drinks, energy beverages, everyday essentials, and friendly customer service. We’re building a great team and are looking for positive people who enjoy helping customers.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated team member with great customer service skills. Retail experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are what matter most.

You’ll work in a clean, modern convenience store in Melbourne. Your duties include serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining store presentation, handling the register, and keeping the store clean and organised.

At ZAD Grocer you’ll join a supportive team, enjoy flexible shifts, gain valuable retail experience, and have opportunities to grow as our business expands.

Show us you’re reliable, friendly, punctual, and willing to learn. We value honesty, a strong work ethic, and someone who treats every customer with respect and a smile.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently run the store, handle customers, and manage cash responsibly. Pay isn’t the focus—we reward performance. As you prove yourself, your pay can grow from around $20 to $40+ per hour.
