Chief Engineer

A Chief Engineer to oversee the entire engineering and maintenance operations of the property. You will ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests and employees, and ensure compliance with all brand and governmental regulatory requirements.

Have a minimum of 10 years engineering experience. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Extensive experience with rostering, people management, and financial planning. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
