Client Manager

FINANS Brokers, a mortgage broker firm based in Brisbane. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and genuinely loves helping people. FINANS is growing fast, and we need a right-hand superstar to help manage our clients, our workflow, and our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a boutique brokerage that puts people first. What you’ll be doing • Managing client enquiries and being the first point of contact • Handling email inbox management and day-to-day client communications • Coordinating calendars, appointments, and daily schedules • Overseeing admin tasks and helping streamline processes • Running client care check-ins, reviews, and 6-monthly rate reviews • Organising documentation and learning the foundations of loan processing • Supporting pipeline management and follow-ups • Assisting with customer experience improvements and client retention • General personal assistant duties to keep the business running smoothly

• Someone warm, reliable, and genuinely client-focused • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball • Excellent written and verbal communication • Tech-savvy, happy to learn our CRM and systems • Previous admin, customer service, or PA/EA experience ideal • Mortgage, finance or real estate experience is a bonus, but not required

Our office is based in Fortitude Valley but you'll will work from home at least once a week
