Client Success and Sales Coordinator

J-Bros Detailing - a fast growing, high end car detailing and ceramic coating business based on the Gold Coast. We specialise in paint correction, ceramic coatings and premium detailing services. We’re big on quality, attention and building a strong brand both in person and online.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident and genuinely enjoys talking with people. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, stays productive without being micromanaged and is always looking for ways to improve. Sales or customer service experience is highly regarded, but attitude, communication skills and a willingness to learn are even more important. You’ll be responsible for answering enquiries, following up leads, booking customers into our schedule, managing administration tasks and helping us continue to grow.

You’ll be based in our modern warehouse in Burleigh Heads, working alongside a young, energetic and ambitious team. Our warehouse is clean, professional and purpose-built for premium automotive detailing, ceramic coatings and vehicle protection. This is an office-based role where you’ll be the hub of customer communication while working closely with the detailing team to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle collection.
