Closing Crew Members

Blitz Bar we are a fast-growing açaí and smoothie bar with stores across Melbourne, focused on great customer experience, fast service, and good vibes. Our Windsor team is energetic, social, and fast-paced.

We’re looking for reliable casual team members for evening shifts, mainly 4:30pm–10:45pm. Hospitality or barista experience is a bonus, but attitude, communication, and reliability matter most.

Blitz Bar Windsor is located on famous Chapel Street, right in the middle of one of Melbourne’s busiest hospitality and nightlife precincts. Expect a fast-paced environment, great energy, and plenty of regular customers.

You’ll get a free bowl or smoothie on shift, staff discounts off shift, flexible casual hours, and opportunities for growth within the business. The shifts are fast-paced, social, and never boring.

Be reliable, bring good energy, communicate well, and genuinely care about customer experience. We value team members who are proactive, adaptable, and show up ready to help the team succeed.
