1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker or in a similar role; 2. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships; 3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal; 4. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; 5. Proficient with insurance software and CRM systems; 6. Tertiary qualification in insurance, risk management or related field; and 7. Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is required.
