Community Development Worker/Job Mentor

What we are looking for is An entry-level Community Development Worker/Job Mentor who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about connecting with others and making a difference. If you’re someone who loves working with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities, this could be the role for you. You don’t need heaps of experience—just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Where you will work You’ll be based in Townsville, with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time. We offer hybrid work options, meaning you’ll get to spend time in the community while also having the option to work from home when needed.
