Community Pharmacist

A registered pharmacist with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights. You need to be comfortable working independently, since you'll be solo PIC most of the time on closes and weekends. Strong with dispensing and checking, good with patients and the team, and open to learning new services. Any experience level considered. Attitude and availability matter more than years in the job. Nice to have but not required: vaccinations, UTI consultations, Webster/DAA, aged care, methadone/ORT, medicinal cannabis, non-sterile compounding, or prior PIC/management experience.

Mainly at the group's second pharmacy, non-PBS. You'll run dispensing and checking, patient counselling, S2/S3 recommendations, and clinical queries day to day. Vaccinations and UTI consultations if you're accredited. Webster packs, DAAs and aged care support. Non-sterile compounding too, and they'll train you on that if you haven't done it before. Evening closes to 7pm, 2-3 nights a week. Weekend roster shared: Saturday 9am-2pm, Sunday 10am-1pm. Weekday shifts you're not on your own, there's another pharmacist and support staff rostered on. Software is Z Dispense.

From $48/hr + super, negotiable on experience. Room to grow into senior pharmacist, PIC or manager over time. The owner isn't in a rush to fill this, they want the right fit and they'll invest in someone who can grow with the business.

Show us you can run a pharmacy solo and make good calls under pressure. If you've got vaccination, UTI, aged care or compounding experience, say so, but don't worry if you don't.
