Make a difference to our members by helping them navigate the complex and often daunting industry of private health insurance and healthcare. You’ll help our members get the most out of their cover and help them to understand why being with Australia’s largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund is so wonderful.

Tell us about why you want to be in this industry. On the surface, this is a retail gig; turn up to a store Monday to Friday and speak to members of the public. But it’s so much more than that. You’ll be there for our members; whether providing advice when someone is facing a life-threatening illness and enormous medical costs, or when they’re trying to have their first baby - and everything in between. We’re there for our members.
