Customer Service & Scheduling Officer

Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails • Manage scheduling of service, call outs and installation jobs for residential and light commercial clients • Coordinate appointments with customers and field technicians using SimPro • Confirm job bookings, follow up on outstanding quotes, and conduct post-job feedback calls • Communicate with customers regarding service times, delays, or changes in scheduling • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints with empathy and efficiency • Support the operations team with calendar management and technician allocation • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures • Other administration tasks as directed
