Customer Service & Technical Support Representative

Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, Queensland.

We’re looking for individuals with: - Customer service experience (highly desirable) - A genuine interest in the payment processing sector - Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems - Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment - Great communication skills Work & Holiday or Student visa holders are welcome!

What You’ll Do: Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of customer service and technical support inquiries including: - Providing customer support via phone or email - Respond to customer queries in line with defined processes and procedures - Resolving customer issues efficiently, meeting KPI’s - Provide email support - Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Be reliable, empathetic, and customer- focused team member Note: This role does not involve upselling.
