Hi, we're...
Promac Tools is a proudly Australian-owned wholesale supplier of premium tools and equipment, servicing dealers across Australia for over 35 years. From professional sharpening systems and generators to drilling solutions and trade equipment, we're passionate about supplying products that tradespeople and professionals can rely on. We've recently relocated to a brand-new warehouse in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast and are investing heavily in growing our online presence. We're now looking for someone to help take our digital marketing to the next level. We're a small, supportive team where your ideas will be heard, your work will have real impact, and no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for...
We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who loves combining creativity with results. This is much more than a social media role. Our priority is finding someone who understands how to generate sales through digital marketing while also creating engaging content. Your key responsibilities will include: • Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns • Creating engaging video and photo content for social media and advertising • Planning and scheduling social media content • Building relationships with influencers and sourcing user-generated content (UGC) • Creating EDMs and managing customer email marketing campaigns • Maintaining and improving our Shopify website • Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements • Assisting with product launches and promotional campaigns Experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
Where you will work...
You’ll be based at our new warehouse and office in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast. This is a flexible part-time/casual position (approximately 2-3 days per week to start), with a combination of on-site and work from home work. We’d like you in the office regularly to create content, film products, collaborate with the team and gain a genuine understanding of our products. Editing, campaign management and planning can often be completed remotely. As the role and our online business grow, there is potential for additional hours.
Why would you want to work for us...
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Australian business. Unlike larger companies where you’re responsible for only one small piece of the puzzle, you’ll have the chance to influence our entire digital marketing strategy and see the direct results of your work. You’ll enjoy: • Flexible working arrangements • A supportive, down to earth team • Variety in your day, no repetitive corporate routine • The opportunity to take ownership of projects and bring your ideas to life • A growing business where your contribution genuinely matters • Staff discounts on our products, if tools interest you! • The opportunity to grow the role as our business continues to expand
The way to win us over is...
We’re not looking for the longest resume—we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate results. Please include: • Your resume and cover letter (we are most interested in a cover letter) • Links to brands, businesses or social media accounts you’ve managed • Examples of Meta advertising campaigns you’ve worked on (where possible) • Examples of content you’ve created (Reels, videos, ads or photography) • A brief explanation of a digital marketing campaign you’re proud of and the results you achieved Bonus points if you tell us what you’d improve about Promac’s website, social media or online marketing after having a look around. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, creating content that converts, and helping businesses grow, we’d love to hear from you.
No resume. Just you.
