We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and can bring structure to chaos. You’ll be across scheduling, communications, operations, and key projects, acting as a right hand to help move the business forward daily. With our growing retailers in Brisbane, Gold Coast, you will be in charge of managing relationships with existing and future partners. You don’t wait to be told, you take ownership

Based in Brisbane (Newstead / James Street area), with a mix of on-the-ground involvement and flexibility where needed. This role will involve time across retail locations, meetings, and day-to-day operations, so being adaptable and present is key

You’ll be working directly alongside a founder building something meaningful from the ground up.
