We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to [Principal’s Name/Title]. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks; you will be the primary gatekeeper and "right hand," managing both high-level business operations and intricate personal logistics. Key Responsibilities • Calendar & Inbox Management: Expertly manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, prioritizing urgent requests and protecting the Principal’s time. • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, including private aviation, ground transport, luxury accommodations, and detailed itineraries. • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and managing sensitive information with total confidentiality. • Lifestyle Management: Oversee personal errands, household staff coordination, event planning, and specialized projects (e.g., gifting, reservations, or property management). • Meeting Support: Prepare briefing materials, attend meetings to take minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
