Fitstop Group Trainer

Fitstop Slacks Creek. We are an established Fitstop franchise that opened in 2017. We are extremely excited to be expanding our team and are seeking a casual Trainer to join the team! At Fitstop, we take a results-driven, lifestyle-inspired approach to health and fitness. Our trainers play a hands-on role in ensuring our members continually progress and strive to reach their full potential.

We are looking for a highly motivated group trainer with a genuine passion for health and fitness who wants to make a real impact on people's lives. Our team is the face of our business and plays an integral role in our growth and success. As a Fitstop Trainer, you’ll be surrounded by a strong, passionate community, working alongside the Fitstop Slacks Creek owners, trainers, and members. Your key responsibility will be to inspire our members through exceptional group training sessions while fostering a strong sense of community. You will also focus on member growth and retention by building relationships with members and the local community. We are located in Slacks Creek on the service road near IKEA with ample parking!

If you are an experienced group trainer or just starting out, we will offer opportunities to progress in your fitness career. We are a part of a group of Fitstop locations with career progression opportunities. Our leadership team are excited to work with our group trainers to ensure they get the experience to either progress within our businesses or go on to grow themselves personally. We pride ourselves on being people first.

Have the following -Certificate III and IV in Fitness -Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (preferred but not essential) -Current First Aid and CPR certification -Exceptional customer service and sales skills -Experience in managing social platforms and community engagement / or the passion to learn. -Flexibility and a willingness to step outside the role’s traditional scope -Creativity, drive, and initiative -A high level of motivation and a passion to succeed -The ability to work well within a team A strong sense of integrity and professionalism
