Melbourne-based recruitment agency seeking an experienced forklift operator for a warehouse client in the western suburbs.

We're looking for a dedicated and energetic team player to join our dynamic warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent full-time hours with a vibrant company that values hard work and reliability. 📍 Key Details Location: Ravenhall, VIC Role: Full-time, 38 hours per week (Casual employment) Pay Rate: $35.93 per hour ⏰ Shift Schedule You will work a fixed Morning Shift, Monday to Friday: Start Time: 6:00 AM Finish Time: 2:00 PM Paid Hours per Shift: 7.5 hours Includes a 10-minute paid coffee break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. 🛠️ Core Duties and Responsibilities As a key member of the warehouse team, you will split your time between operating forklifts and performing general pick-pack duties to ensure the smooth flow of goods. Forklift Operator Duties Safely and efficiently operate both High-Reach Forklifts and Counterbalance Forklifts. Execute high-level stacking and retrieval of pallets in racking. Accurately load and unload delivery trucks. Pick Packer & General Warehouse Duties Accurately pick, pack, and put away goods using RF Scanners and physical paperwork. Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming items. Wrap and prepare pallets for safe transportation. Undertake general hand and other essential warehouse duties as required.
