Formwork Carpenter/labourer

Hi, we are a formwork company specialising in structural formwork for commercial and residential projects. We take pride in our work, look after our crew, and create opportunities for people willing to give it a crack and grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, is willing to give anything a crack, and brings a solid work ethic every day. You don’t need heaps of experience, but you do need to be reliable, ready to learn, and able to work well in a team.

Current projects are in Newstead and Albion and a few more starting soon

We look after our workers and treat everyone like part of the team. There’s real opportunity to grow within the company if you put in the effort. We also have team bonding days to keep morale high – our last one was a corporate box at the AFL. We work hard but make sure we enjoy it along the way.

Show up on time, be ready to work hard, and have a good attitude. If you’re willing to listen, learn, and give it your best every day, you’ll fit right in with our crew
