Guest Service Agent & Hospitality All-Rounder

Dusty Moose Ranch is an accommodation and hospitality property located at Redwood, just minutes from Toowoomba. We welcome guests across a mix of rooms, cabins and tiny homes, with shared facilities, landscaped grounds and a growing hospitality and entertainment offering. We’re a hands-on team and believe great hospitality comes from being genuine, approachable and willing to help — whether that’s welcoming a guest, solving a problem or jumping in somewhere else when the team needs you.

We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent & Hospitality All-Rounder who enjoys working with people and can confidently become one of the faces of Dusty Moose Ranch. Your role will include welcoming and assisting guests, managing arrivals and departures, responding to enquiries, handling bookings and reservations, answering phone calls and messages, processing payments, updating guest information and helping coordinate requests between housekeeping, maintenance and management. As a hospitality all-rounder, you’ll also be comfortable stepping outside reception when needed — checking accommodation before arrivals, assisting with guest areas, helping with functions and events, supporting our food and beverage operations and generally making sure guests are looked after throughout their stay. We’re looking for someone who can solve problems rather than simply pass them on.

Dusty Moose Ranch, Redwood — just minutes from Toowoomba. Your main base will be our reception and guest-services areas, but this is a property-wide role. You’ll regularly interact with our accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality and events operations. That variety is an important part of the position — some days will be focused on bookings and arrivals, while others may have you helping coordinate an event or assisting guests elsewhere around the Ranch.

You’ll be joining a friendly, independent hospitality business where you can actually get to know the property, our regular guests and the people you work alongside. We want our Guest Service team to have the freedom to use good judgement and personality rather than delivering hospitality from a script. As Dusty Moose Ranch grows, there will also be genuine opportunities for people who demonstrate leadership and initiative to progress into senior guest services, supervisory and management positions.

Be the person guests remember for the right reasons. You’re naturally welcoming, confident communicating with different people and able to remain organised when several things are happening at once. You notice when someone needs help without waiting to be asked. If something goes wrong, you stay calm, find the answer and follow it through. Previous hotel, resort, reception, reservations, restaurant or customer-service experience is highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in people with the right hospitality personality, initiative and willingness to learn.
