About You You’re someone who shows up, gets the job done properly, and takes pride in your trade. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have: Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle / Truck Mechanic Experience working on heavy vehicles and trailers (essential) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Manual driver’s licence with a good driving record HR licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and unsupervised Good communication and record-keeping skills Customer-focused mindset Your own tools Australian residents only.
