Lead Electrician

Hi, We are looking for an A Grade Electrician who is interested in running small projects / service based contracts. Teaching Apprentices Communicating with Contract Management. You do not have to have these skills but more so looking to learn and up skill past just being an electrician.

All areas of Melbourne. We have Contracts from the South East through to Geelong.

We are a small established electrical business that works across multiple sectors Maintenance - Water Authorities, Aged Care Facilities. Commercial - Office, Gyms, Restaurants, Museums Residential - 2-3 Million + Builds ( No Volume Builds ) We are growing and are looking for the right people to structure the next phase of growth with.

Be a polite interesting team member who everyone wants to work with. This is our No.1 priority. Anyone who does not gel within the team does not work here any longer. We like to get out and have a good time together, but only with the right people. If you are thinking of going out on your own but think you still need some help before making the jump then this is for you. We don’t expect you to work here for years and years if you don’t want to. We will help you structure it the right way and then hopefully sub contract back to us like many of our past apprentices are now doing.
