Blitz Bar Malvern is a busy local store with a strong regular customer base and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the operations team and help drive day-to-day service and store performance.

You’ll receive a free bowl or smoothie on shift, staff discounts off shift, flexible rostering, and opportunities for growth within the business. You’ll also be part of a supportive leadership team in a growing brand.

Be proactive, reliable, calm under pressure, and lead by example. We value supervisors who communicate well, take ownership, and genuinely care about customer experience and team culture.
