Occupational Therapist

All About Rehabilitation All About Rehabilitation is a growing local OT company bringing a fresh lens to the disability space. We specialise in Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), housing reports (SIL, ILO, SDA, STA), home modifications, and assistive technology (AT). We’re a small team (just one OT so far – our Director!) and this role is our first hire. That means you’ll be working directly with the director, not buried under layers of management. Our culture is simple: trust, flexibility, and results. We care about high-quality reports and positive participant outcomes - not clock-watching or micromanagement.

Skills and experience required   -       AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist. -       Strong report writing skills and a solid understanding of evidence-based practices. -       A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the NDIS. -       Experience in complex home modifications is a plus. -       Independent and adaptable, yet also keen for mentoring and support.

Key responsibilities   -       Conduct assessments and write detailed reports for our NDIS caseload. -       Run your own calendar and work when it suits you — whether that’s around school drop-offs, a gym session, or a midday appointment. -       no micromanagement! -       Split your time between telehealth and community assessments (approx. 50/50). -       Collaborate directly with the Director without the need for intermediaries. -       Focus on achieving realistic KPIs that support your professional growth.   Note: This role doesn’t include ongoing therapy unless that’s something you’re interested in helping us grow
