You will work on EPIC beautiful architectually designed homes throughout the Gold Coast & beyond.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a hardworking crew, learn specialist skills, get noticed by management, and have some fun along the way. You'll have access to our head office, XP HQ, and factory facilities, with regular training days focused on the specialty finishes we're renowned for, including French Wash, Trowel Paint, Fresco, Limewash, and many other decorative finishes. Training is led by Brendan, who brings more than 24 years of industry experience and a passion for helping team members develop their skills and progress their careers.
