Project Manager

Burrows Concreting is a Melbourne-based contractor specialising in decorative and civil-style concrete works. We predominantly operate across commercial and education projects, delivering external concrete packages including paving, kerbs, ramps, walls and associated civil works. Our approach is simple, run efficient jobs, maintain high standards, and back our team. We work closely with builders and clients to deliver practical, buildable outcomes without overcomplicating the process.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple concrete and civil-style projects across Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for managing jobs from pre-start through to completion, coordinating crews, programming works, liaising with builders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple projects across Melbourne • Programming and scheduling works • Coordinate labour, plant and materials • Liaise with builders, clients and subcontractors • Oversee site supervisors and crews • Monitor project budgets and track costs • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Problem solve and drive jobs forward

Location: Based in Bayswater but project all over Melbourne/victoria

What We Offer • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Work across a strong pipeline of projects • Supportive team with solid systems in place • Opportunity to grow with the business

How to Win Us Over • You take ownership and don’t need to be chased • You understand how jobs actually run on site—not just on paper • You communicate clearly and early (no surprises) • You solve problems instead of passing them on • You keep things moving and get the job done
