Property Manager

Harcourts Hinterland, a growing real estate agency based in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. We manage a diverse residential property portfolio and are continuing to grow across the hinterland and surrounding areas. We’re a small, supportive team and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us as we expand.

An experienced Property Manager who is organised, confident and great with people. You’ll be comfortable managing the day-to-day requirements of a residential portfolio including tenant and owner communication, routine inspections, maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and general property management administration. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their portfolio, communicates clearly and can keep things moving without needing to be constantly followed up.

Based from our Harcourts Hinterland office in Nambour, with regular travel throughout Nambour and the surrounding Sunshine Coast hinterland for inspections and appointments. The role will involve a combination of office-based property management, property inspections and communication with owners, tenants and trades.
