Queensland Account Manager

We are seeking a self-driven individual to promote growth in a specified territory, focusing on both new and existing businesses. This full-time position as an Account Manager offers the opportunity to join a well-established and successful team committed to delivering outstanding results while continuously looking toward the future.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be tasked with both maintaining and expanding our current customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities. The role involves a combination of visiting existing clients and discovering new prospects within your sales territory, alongside responsibilities based at our Stapylton branch. This position is predominantly focused on face-to-face interactions, where the most effective results will be achieved in the field. Whilst industry experience is desirable, we believe that the right attitude coupled with a strong work ethic is more favourable!

We have an office at Stapylton but to be successful in this role you will enjoy time meeting existing and new business daily.

Previous experience in business-to-business sales, or even the fire industry is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Resilience in a fast-paced selling environment Competent with the Microsoft Suite and CRM’s Ability to build rapport quickly and nurture strong client relationships Be organised, planned and diligent in driving your own sales process Accountable and adaptable; you will take pride in your results and open to learn new processes A team-player; be open to helping the team out in order to succeed, and Ability to learn, explain and understand technical knowledge and products
