Receptionist

On Point Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our busy heavy vehicle workshop in Rocklea. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers and is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a growing business, with clear pathways into Service Advisor or Parts Interpreter roles.

The ideal candidate will: Have a genuine interest in trucks and the heavy vehicle industry Hold a current driver's licence (essential) Be friendly, professional, and approachable Have excellent communication skills Be reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Enjoy working as part of a team Be willing to learn and develop within the business This position would suit a school leaver, someone returning to the workforce, or a person looking for a career change and a long-term opportunity.

About the Role Working closely with our Service Advisor and Parts Interpreter, you will play a key role in keeping our workshop running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Answering phones and directing enquiries Greeting customers and suppliers Data entry and processing workshop paperwork Assisting with job card administration Supporting service and parts operations General office and reception duties Maintaining accurate records and filing systems This is a varied role that provides exposure to all aspects of a busy heavy vehicle workshop.
