About You We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced, but also passionate and committed to the hospitality craft. Ideally, you have: • 2+ years in a management or senior FOH role • Strong understanding of wine and food service (Spanish cuisine and wine knowledge a big plus) • Excellent communication and leadership skills • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Full Australian working rights and RSA certification
