Room Attendant & Housekeeping All-Rounder

Dusty Moose Ranch, Redwood — just minutes from Toowoomba. You’ll work across our different accommodation areas, including guest rooms, cabins, tiny homes and shared facilities. It’s a varied property, so you won’t necessarily be cleaning the same style of room all day, every day.

We want our team to enjoy coming to work and feel proud of the property they’re helping present. You’ll have variety, independence and the opportunity to become an important part of a close-knit operation where good work is noticed and appreciated. As the Ranch continues to grow, we want to develop our existing people with it. For someone who shows initiative and leadership, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and potentially progress into senior, supervisory or management roles.

Have an eye for the things other people miss. You’re someone who notices the fingerprint on the mirror, the cushion that isn’t sitting right or the amenity that hasn’t been replaced. You’re reliable, organised and able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. You’re happy working independently but equally comfortable jumping in and helping the wider team when needed. Most importantly, you understand that a room isn’t finished simply because it’s clean — it should feel ready for a guest.

Dusty Moose Ranch is an accommodation and hospitality property located at Redwood, just minutes from Toowoomba. We provide short and extended-stay accommodation across a mix of rooms, cabins and tiny homes, with landscaped grounds and shared guest facilities. We’re a hands-on team that takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable and well-presented property for our guests.

We’re looking for a Room Attendant & Housekeeping All-Rounder who genuinely takes pride in presentation and the little details that make a guest feel comfortable. Your role will include cleaning and presenting guest rooms, cabins and tiny homes; making beds and changing linen; cleaning bathrooms and kitchenettes; replenishing guest amenities; maintaining common and shared areas; managing linen and housekeeping supplies; completing departure cleans and preparing accommodation for arriving guests. You’ll also keep an eye on the bigger picture — noticing maintenance issues, damaged or missing items, presentation problems or anything else that needs attention and communicating these with the wider team. While experience in hotel, resort or accommodation housekeeping is highly regarded, attitude, reliability and attention to detail matter just as much to us.
