Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates: You must have up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications. As a Member Support Consultant (MSC) at Goodlife Health Clubs in Joondalup, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and sustaining a vibrant membership community. You'll be the first point of contact for potential members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey with us. Your efforts will contribute to helping countless individuals become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier. Your role will be diverse and focused on two primary objectives: driving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members by delivering exceptional customer service. As an MSC, you'll be an expert on all things Goodlife. You will effortlessly transition between sales and lead generation, provide outstanding service and successful outcomes at the reception desk, and actively communicate with current members to enhance their experience and boost member retention.
