We're searching for motivated Scheduling & Dispatchh Coordinators to become the heartbeat of our operations in our Banyo office. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll coordinate deliveries, manage national bookings, and ensure our drivers are set up for success each day. From handling incoming calls and emails to problem-solving on the fly, you'll be the key connection between customers, drivers, and the broader team—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

- A friendly, professional phone manner that builds trust and rapport. - Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and digital. - A knack for juggling multiple tasks and priorities with calm and confidence. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organisation. - A proactive approach to solving problems and keeping things on track. - Previous experience in administration or scheduling is ideal. - Knowledge of the construction or transport industry is helpful, but not essential—training will be provided. - A minimum of permanent residency in Australia is required for this position. - Proficiency in basic office software including email systems and standard applications is required.
