We’re seeking an experienced and creative Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. This role is perfect for a passionate stylist who excels in delivering high-quality services, mentoring apprentices, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Provide a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and consultations. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client leaves with a look that suits their style and enhances their confidence. Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing industry. Mentor, train, and support staff and apprentices to help them develop their skills. Maintain salon presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Build and retain a loyal client base by providing consistent, high-quality service. Contribute to team goals and actively participate in promotional events and activities.

This role is based at our Hair Colosseum Tuggerah salon, located in the heart of Tuggerah at Westfield Tuggerah Shopping Centre. We are looking for the following skills & experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Hair Stylist (experience in senior or leadership role preferred). Proficiency in advanced cutting, colouring, and styling techniques. Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend appropriate treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example. A Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).
