Availability Tuesdays - Fridays 5pm- 11pm Proven experience in a busy restaurant environment (minimum 2 years) Familiarity with Indian dishes, ingredients, and dining etiquette Excellent communication and table service skills Attention to detail, timing, and guest experience Confidence in wine service and upselling Punctual, professional and calm under pressure Available to work nights and weekends
