Server Waiter Food and Wine

We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and imaginative Senior Waiter with a strong focus on food and wine service to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring our Italian-inspired menu and European wine selections to life, delivering an unforgettable all-day dining experience.

Ideal Candidate / Requirements: A true passion for hospitality, with a dedication to exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. In-depth knowledge of and enthusiasm for Italian cuisine, paired with a refined appreciation of wine. Solid experience as a waiter in a high-quality restaurant, with a proactive and adaptable approach to meeting guests' needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor. Availability to work weekends and evenings, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to grow in the food and wine industry. Current Victorian RSA certification. Australian working rights.
