Snow4Kids Event Supervisor

Snow4Kids is Brisbanes premier family snow event, bringing real snow adventures to families with young children. In 2025, we are expecting to welcome 20000 guests over a 16 day period for an unforgettable winter experience.

We are seeking an experienced Event Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff management during our winter spectacular. This role is perfect for an organised, energetic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: *Supervise and coordinate event staff *edit staff rosters as needed *manage staff break schedules *monitor staff clock-in/offs *adjust staff shift lengths as needed *process/add staff information for payroll (we use Xero - experience preferred but easy to learn when you start) *venue set-up and pack down *oversee sessions timing and guest flow *guide guests and ensure compliance with safety rules *maintain event schedule *assist with event bump in and bump out

The event will be operating at the Mount Gravatt Showgrounds. Administrative work prior to event bump in can be performed online from home after training in our CBD office or Brendale warehouse.

Snow4Kids is a well established event in Brisbane with a small team behind it. You will get to be involved in every aspect of operation. Casual work for our snowmaking business will be available after as well as for future events.

What we need from you is: *full weekend availability during the 4 week event period *previous experience supervising staff *strong organisational and time management skills *a laptop to work from/with *experience with Xero and Connecteam would be great but not essential *customer service skills *ability to work in a fast paced environment *ABN or casual employment What we offer: *award wages plus super *unique event experience *ongoing casual work if desired and skilled Important notes: *this is a time sensitive position requiring full commitment for the event period *event pump in and bump out required (must be healthy and physically fit to assist) *must be available June 16 to July 20
