- Experienced in Tig/Mig welding (stainless steel preferred) - Confident using fabrication tools - Strong attention to detail - Ability to read drawings - Safety-conscious and reliable - Someone who wants to grow, learn, and be part of a team - Learning CNC press and laser processes on the job (though prior experience preferred)
