Flip Out Revesby is a high-energy indoor trampoline and adventure park—and we’re looking for a superstar Store Manager to lead our crew, drive our customer experience, and help our team flip higher than ever before!

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations and team success. You’ll be responsible for leading our amazing squad, ensuring smooth venue operations, and delivering top-tier customer service every day. This role suits someone who loves being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making a difference through fun and connection. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver a high-quality, safe, and fun customer experience • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue (including safety, scheduling, and procedures) • Build and maintain a positive, energetic team culture • Solve problems on the fly and create solutions that keep customers smiling • Drive sales by upselling programs, parties, and memberships • Communicate with customers across all platforms (phone, email, socials, in-venue) • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on performance and improvements What We’re Looking For ✅ Experience leading a team in a customer-facing role ✅ Passion for delivering great service and fun experiences ✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills ✅ Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure ✅ Proactive and flexible—you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in ✅ Confident with basic tech (POS, booking platforms, email, etc.) Bonus points if you have experience in: 🎯 Hospitality, entertainment, events, or recreation 🎯 First Aid/CPR, food handling, or WHS compliance 🎯 Business, education, or operations qualifications
