Support Coordinator

Bloom Support Options. We were established in 2020 to provide targeted disability support to assist NDIS participants achieve their goals and reach their full potential. At Bloom we provide assistance with daily tasks, community access, mentoring and support coordination to clients with disabilities. Bloom specialises in getting clients involved in the community and engaged in group settings to help with the development of social skills and independence. At Bloom we strive to be a disability support service that works holistically with families, carers and therapists to ensure our support is meeting the client’s needs and fostering growth and wellbeing.

- Police clearance - NDIS Worker screening check - Mandatory notification training - Child Abuse training (Child Safe Environments) - Minimum Certificate III in Individualised Support, Disability, Community Services (or equivalent - Flexibility and availability with working hours - Happy to travel to and from clients
