Takeaway/cafe staff and cooks

Clancys beachside takeaway , the Sunshine Coasts best fish and chip shop. We are a small, family owned business and Clancys has been operating since 1974. Making us in an institution in the local community.

We are looking for junior staff to take orders and prepare food. We are also after capable cooks to cook fish, seafood, hamburgers and prep food to a high level. We’re after people who are willing to learn. There are casual and part time positions for the right person, and being able to work some weekends is a must!

Our shop is a small shop, and can get busy at times so you’ll need to be fast on your feet. The shop is across the road from the beach so you’ll need to can always swim before or after your shift.

We are all above board, pay award rates and always pay on time. Our location is across the road from Dicky beach , so you could always swim after work! Or before! We love to chew the fat when it’s quiet and we welcome all people!

Having a willingness to learn new things. We are happy to upskill the right person. Show an initiative to go above and beyond and get your hands dirty. It can be at times a tough environment to work in, but when you give it your all it can also be really rewarding.
