Truck Driver

Meka Recruitment are working with some leading distribution companies that have an increase in work. Due to this increase in work they are looking for drivers to join their teams, all our clients have a great company culture and have a strong focus on their staff.

Duties will include, but not limited to: - Loading the truck on site, using a forklift or hand load depending on the run - Liaising with internal and external staff - Ensuring that all the paperwork is completed and signed off before leaving the warehouse and also the customers site - Loading the truck in order of the deliveries - Unload the truck by hand at site with an offsider - Ensure that you are lifting the heavy loads in line with the workplace health and safety training. The ideal candidate will: - Have a current MR license and experience with delivering around the South East Queensland region. - Strong focus on safety as the clients have a strong focus on this - Focus on customer service as you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis - Physically fit as there will be heavy lifting - Able to work as part of a team - Have strong attention to detail to ensure that the paperwork is completed.

You will be doing multidrops to various locations around Brisbane
